Welcome to Global Bass Magazine Online February 2002 issue.  This is our sixteenth issue online.  Everyday from the day we started this idea it's been getting bigger and better.  We are now committed to publishing these issues online on a monthly basis, uploading a new issue on the first of each month, often upgrading throughout the month.  Okay, okay. so we missed January.  But our fearless leader is overseas making the globe a smaller place.
