Caricature Artist Vladislav Filipovic Joins Global Bass Magazine
Starting this issue, Global Bass welcomes the wonderfully talented artist Vlad Filipovic. Vlad is a caricature artist, skilled in creating incredible likenesses of your favorite bass players. Below you'll see a few examples of his work. He has agreed to join us and offer his services to you, so if you are interested in having him draw you, or any bass player heroes you may have, just contact us and we'll arrange to have him contact you. Also, in the latter months of this year, Vlad will be authoring and selling a Global Bass 2002 calendar with caricatures of 12 of the best known bassists in the world.
For $50 US Vlad will draw a caricature of your choice. He'll also send you the original, suitable for framing. As well, for those that request a copy of an artist he has already drawn, a copy will be only $29 US. One of our previous Cover Story artists will be using Vlad's work in his liner notes for his next album. We can also stick these suckers on t-shirts as well! Vlad will also be offering drawings that are not of a caricature nature.
